The event held to mark the International Children’s Day

The mind of a child is known for absorbing everything with sheer curiosity and excitement. This reality came true when the Treasure Hunt at Dragon City evoked a sense of curiosity and exploration this week.

Bringing children to a whole new exciting trip, Dragon City in collaboration with Royal Charity Organization organized a Treasure Hunt event at Dragon City on Saturday, November 12, 2016, marking the International Children’s Day which is celebrated annually on November 20.

Dedicated to enriching the lives of orphan children from Royal Charity Organization, 30 children aged from 9 to 12 were selected to enjoy this educational and enjoyable trip.

Pushing the boundaries of learning and exploring, the Treasure Hunt brought quizzes, mazes, and clues. Dragon City made this dream treasure hunt a trip possible, as children were encouraged to visit the shops in the city to follow the clues to the shops and solve the puzzles.

Not only did children get a chance of a challenging exploration quest, they also had an enriching experience of feeling integrated with the community as they interacted with organizers, teammates and Chinese shop owners.

Mr. Patrick Zheng Shuo, General Manager of Chinamex Bahrain Management Company, the operating company of Dragon City expressed that, “We are very excited to organize events such as these, as they bring a closer sense of community and this is the kind of comfortable and fulfilling environment we wish to create for our customers.”

A variety of gifts were given away to the children to mark this wonderful experience. The children were left pumped with excitement and happiness on their faces as they left Dragon City.

The event was attended by officials from the Royal Charity Organisation along with Dragon City management.

The event was made possible thanks to the collaboration of Royal Charity Organization and Dragon City management, by simply recognizing that one small change into the life of an orphan child can make a huge difference in our world.
